Chicken Breast (56%), WHEAT Flour, Water, Palm Oil, Salt, WHEAT Gluten, Spices (Black Pepper, MUSTARD Powder, White pepper, Aniseed, Ginger, CELERY, Cinnamon, Coriander, Nutmeg), Modified Tapioca Starch, Sage, Colour (Paprika Extract), Stabiliser (Sodium Triphosphate), Sunflower Oil, Yeast Extract, MILK Solids, Dried EGG, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Black pepper Extract, Dextrose, Yeast, Chilli Extract.

Directions For Use:

All appliances vary; the following are guidelines only: For best results heat from frozen. Remove from packaging.

DEEP FRY: Fry in hot oil 180 C for app roximately 5 minutes. Drain well before serving.

OVEN HEAT: Place product on a baking tray in a pre-heated oven at 200 C, Gas Mark 6 for approx 16-18 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking.
