WHEAT flour, water, sourdough (WHEAT) (5%), RYE flour, iodised salt,
BARLEY malt extract, yeast, malt flour (WHEAT), antioxidant (ascorbic
acid), flour treatment agent (L- cysteine).

Cooking Instructions
Directions For Use:
Defrost at 22 C for 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 210 C. Bake at 180 C for 11 - 13 minutes.
Storage Instructions:
Keep at -18 C.
Do not refreeze after defrosting.
