A focaccia style flat bread made with wheat flour with an open crumb structure, extra virgin olive oil and stone baked. Ideal as a sandwich carrier. Unsliced

WHEAT flour, water, whole WHEAT flour, salt, yeast, extra virgin olive
oil, malt flour (WHEAT).
Cooking Instructions
Directions For Use:
Bake from frozen. Preheat oven to 230 C. Bake at 200 C for 3 - 4
minutes.
Storage Instructions:
Keep at -18 C.
Do not refreeze after defrosting.
