10" round rich red vanilla cake with a slight hint of chocolate topped with vanilla cream cheese icing and a sprinkling of the red sponge crumb. Pre-cut 14 portions.

Serving Instructions: Defrost prior to serving. Remove all packaging. Defrost under refrigeration (8°C or below), for approximately 8 hours. Keep in an airtight container to avoid drying out. Use within 72 hours of defrost. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
