The dough balls are manufactured using only the finest ingredients. Makes a 9" deep or 12” thin crust pizza

Ingredients
WHEAT Flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin)
Water
Rapeseed Oil
Salt
Yeast
Flour Treatment agent (E300)

Cooking Instructions
Directions For Use:
Take out from freezer.
Defrost over night(at least 12hours) in a refrigerator covered with a
clean cloth or cling wrap to prevent drying out.
Remove 2hou rs prior to use, bring up to room temperature, allow to
double in size.
Refrigerate to keep stable prior to processing.
Toprocess:
Either hand stretch or roll out using a rolling pin to you r required
size.
Place in a pre-oiled pizza pan and top with ingredients as required.
If unsure consult with sauce manufacturer and cheese supplier.
After topping, bake until cheese is g olden brown and a minimum core
temperature of the base has reached 96C.
Storage Instructions:
Store frozen until required for use @ -18C or below.
