Onion (57%), WHEAT flour, Sunflower oil, Starch (WHEAT, Corn,

Tapioca), Salt, Gelling agent (E401), Dextrose, Yeast, Sugar,

Thickeners (E407, E412), Raising agents (E450, E500).

Cooking Instructions

Directions For Use:

For best results, cook from frozen.

Oven:

Preheat oven to 200 C. Remove all packaging. Place frozen onion rings

on a baking sheet in a single layer fo r 10-12 minutes. Turn once during baking time.

Microwave:

Not suitable for preparation in microwave.

Deep fry:

Preheat the oil to 175 C. Fry small quantities at a time for 2-3 minutes. Drain on kitchen paper and serve.

Frying-pan:

Place frozen onion rings in a single layer in a grill pan. Grill under high heat for 4 minutes on each side.
