This Spanish half baguette enriched with Rye flour has a thin crispy crust with a light open crumb structure, baked on a stone and flour dusted (Malted Baguette)

Ingredients
WHEAT flour, water, bran (WHEAT), RYE flour, yeast, iodised salt, gluten (WHEAT), flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid).
Cooking Instructions
Directions For Use:
Defrost at 22 C for 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 210 C. Bake at 180 C for 11 - 13 minutes.
Storage Instructions:
Keep at -18 C. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
